Shipping policy
All shipments are insured for loss or damage. All items are shipped from Summerland, BC, usually within 1 business day. Only Canada Post delivers to a Canadian post office box, other couriers require a municipal address. Summerland is a small town which means most couriers will not pick-up until the next day after your order is placed.
